LISA GRAY - STAR OF TOMORROW
INDUCTED JUNE 1997
To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is of recognition of the accomplishments of Lisa Gray.
Lisa is a member of YABA at Columbia and Royal Z Lanes. As a member of
the YABA this year, Lisa has accomplished various honors. She is a member
of the State bound team called Strikability, who placed first at the
region 3 tournament, early in the season she placed first in a singles
tournament in Lancaster, Ohio; she placed first in the Greater Hamilton
Juniors Doubles Tournament and also had two first place victories in the
Greater Hamilton Junior Team Tournament.
Throughout this season, Lisa has been participating once a month in a
scholarship tournament in the Greater Dayton area, competing against
other talented youth bowlers. In this tournament and throughout the
season Lisa has bowled many 600's and numerous 500's.
Through her bowling and church activities Lisa is a role model to
other teens, adults, and children. She is someone they can look up to and follow.
She is also someone that they can come to and count on being there when they need
someone to lean on. Lisa is a good inspiration to the young and the old
through her style and admiration of her sport. I am proud to have bowled
with her and coached her through this tremendous season. This season is
one that I will look back and remember just how special this bowler is.
She truly is a star of tomorrow and will go as far as she dares to go. In
all honesty Lisa should be a candidate for this years "Star Of Tomorrow
Award" given by the Greater Hamilton Women's Bowling Association at the
awards night banquet.
