LIZ RAEBURN
MEMBER OF THE YEAR - INDUCTED 1988

For the past three years the person selects to receive this award has served as a member of the Board Of Directors of the association. And believe me each one earned the award and was deserving of it. This year, however, the members of the committee received a letter nominating a person who has been a most faithful member of our Association, the State Association and the National Association. She supports everything that the Greater Hamilton WBA sponsers, participates in every event, has served in every league position,President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Sgt,-at-Arms and team captain, She has been a member of the Greater Hamilton WBA for over 30 years, but announced to her team this past April that she just can't continue to bowl anymore. She has all she can do to walk to the line much less to throw the ball. I know that many of you will reconize the name when I tell you and I know that you will all miss seeing her at the events sponsered by the Association and I hope all of you will agree with the members of the selection committee on their choice of Liz Raeburn to be yheir 1988 Member Of The Year.
