Provide the URL for the location of the images and text which will be the basis for the Full Page advertisement. Otherwise provide the URL for the Sponsor's Ad Page or Homepage: Be sure the all the text is readable with in the window as this form will be printed.

Terms and Conditions

1. Cost for advertising are as stated in the above rate tables and are subject to change.
2. The advertiser will receive notification when the ads are placed which will include the URL of the placement page.
3. For Full Page advertisements, the advertiser will receive the URL of the "Sponsor Page" which will contain a thumbnail of representing the advertiser and a text description not to exceed 200 characters. Placement on this page will most likely be alphabetical and is at Angela Connelly's discretion.
4. Angela Connelly reserves the right to modify the images received to fit in the allocated space and to meet size restrictions. If changes are required to the size, he will attempt to maintain the image's integrity and quality.
5. Terms of payment: Payment in full and signed contract must accompany advertisement order form.
6. Restrictions: Angela Connelly reserves the right to refuse any advertisement request (including any image or text), or to cancel advertisers that do not fulfill the obligations set in the contract. Neil also reserves the right to cancel the Sponsor page and any advertisements at any time without prior notice and without liability (other than a pro rated refund based upon the number of days the listing appeared and the total amount of payment).
